Meet the Owners
Juliet Motyl, Mark Pelella & Jenavieve Pelella
Hi, we’re so happy you’re here! Our names are Juliet, Mark, and Jenavieve and we’d love to introduce ourselves.
Juliet is our expert on all things drinks and pastries. From a young age, she began working towards her dream of running her own shop by working as both a barista and baker at many local coffee shops. Now, after perfecting her skills, she pours her heart into creating every single recipe at FTC. From the beautiful drinks, the homemade syrups, and the delicious variety of treats, everything you taste is made with so much love and attention to detail.
Jenavieve (Juliet’s older sister) has shared in her dream of one day running a business together. She is the heart behind the vision and vibe of FTC, creating a space that’s warm, inviting, and full of love. She worked hard to design a place where people can feel at home. Jenavieve is also managing our marketing and social media, making sure our story reaches all of you. See her go at @fillthiscup_coffee!
Mark (Jenavieve’s husband) is our entrepreneur. Knowing he would one day own his own company, Mark decided to skip the whole college thing and began learning his trade. Mark is now the one behind the business side of FTC, turning dreams into action — whether it’s managing numbers, building our brand, or making sure everything runs smoothly. His passion is to continue to grow this company into something bigger than ourselves!
